Somehow, even in today's world, when we have so much knowledge about so many things, people still don't believe that cats actually love their owners. Just last week, we had someone tell us that the only reason cats 'tolerate' us is because we give them food. So, we had to prove them wrong. That is why we challenged you guys to tell us about the most wholesome ways in which your cats show you that they love you, and of course, you delivered.

If there is one group of people in the world who knows exactly how much cats can really love you, it's ICanHasCheezburger users. It's true, sometimes, your cats show you affection in some funny ways, but it's still affection, and we still appreciate it. Cats are not always obvious about their love, but if you treat them right, take care of them and show them love and respect, they will show you that they love you in their own ways.

It's amazing how much our cats have gotten used to us being home in the past year and a half. It's gotten to the point where their need for attention has begun interfering with our work. Now, we find ways to make them go away, give us space, but sometimes… we find ourselves feeling really regretful and brining them back over anyway.

Oh, the slow blink… No one can withstand the power of the slow blink. It's such an honor to be on the receiving end of it, to know that our cats truly love us and trust us. It's wholesome, it's purrfetc, it's personal. Ugh, we love the slow blink so much.
